Seems like Widowmaker sees Tracer as her arch-nemesis, not just a pest. Apparently killing things is not the only thing that makes WM feel "alive". Reaper doesn't appear to care, but I think Talon would try to snuff out her emotional attachment. They probably don't want their emotionless, loyal puppet to have any rebellious thoughts.
