The price of nip, if it is being treated as a marijuana stand in, is too low. Assuming street retail is 10 dollars for a gram, but it is actually only 5 dollars for wholesale per gram, than for a wholesale one kilo(1000 grams) would be $5K. 5,000x2701,350,000.

Assuming this was not one contiguous operation, where the grower sells to a distributor who sells street level. In which case, from farm to street you can set your own price based on personal overhead and risk.

This is a career making move right there in any case.
