God, this was the PERFECT final chapter!
It was so sweet in the first part, with the song and the rooftop and so much love and I swear I love that song so much, when they sing it in season 5 and look at each other like they want to say "I'm sorry we're not together for everyday until eternity, I'm so sorry" and honestly they make me want to cry.
And I wanted to cry also reading the second part, when they talkie about why everything eventually ended... it was so painful because I hate the fact that love can just disappear, even if it was a special love, and you don't even know why it happened.
It was the perfect talk, though, and the final phrase? Just perfect. It was so... them.
Great job with this story, I hope you will add some chapters soon if you have time or maybe you could write something else, I would like to read more from you!

Aw, the last Maddison one :( But I like that you're keeping it within canon - because Maddison ended so completely, sometimes it's so much EASIER to take them into AU, and it can be a lot more challenging to stick within canon and show all their relationship ever was, and still make it seem perfect/brilliant/wonderful/is-always-going-to-be-my-OTP.

Wow, this was REALLY good! Even if it was Maddison and you know I'm Addek to the core, I really liked it.
Because it was real: the way he could be the perfect friend at the beginning, doing the right thing for her even if it wasn't for his own sake, and the way he eventually became the one who was always there for her when Derek wasn't, when she needed it.
A lot of lines caught my eye: the one about the way she looks at Mark, the one about her feeling lonely, or maybe loving him.
Oh, and the one about not knowing, in the end, whose fault it was. So true and so sad, too.
