I mean, I think it would be way better to do number 2, as it is more realistic and can be a better way of establishing a proper character rather than some supernatural power.

I honestly prefer the 2nd. School Life is kinda my fave, jusy imagine Cody tutoring Dawn, Gwen, Zoey, Sky and possibly the rest of the girls gives me good vibes. I have plenty ideas for it but I never got the time to make one, so I'm hoping you guys can do it. I can share some feedback and ideas as well if you want, and the 1st option looks good too. When it comes to Harem I want it to be developed rather than one shots with each of them. Sorry
