I read this in one shot.

You have a gorgeous way of writing. Pinning the simplicity in Gon with his forward kindness and the pale darkness of Hisoka with his thinly veiled attempts to pull away. I loved allll of this.

Killua being jealous on a pie to eat up as the chapters passed by. Wasn't too thrilled when the three got together but I guess the all giving nature of Gon and the pleasure-seeking nature of Hisoka came into fruition. And Hisoka liked Killua.

Great story! Beautiful.

Okay, I'm not 100% on this but is Hisoka identifies as they... wouldn't they use, we instead of I? But then it is a preference... to the author/hisoka

Really good story. I love hunter x hunter and this fic is really well written. Love the "they" thing. Is really funny to read people hating on a fictional character just because sexuality choices . Anyway Don't listen to that. You're really good.i hope you write more Hisoka and gon!

Well, this chapter was intense and... hot... O.O I read it last night and I was with my eyes wide open XD you're responsible for my eyebags this morning XD I really did not expect this sexual threesome! When Gon asked Killua if he wanted to have sex only with him or with both of them and Killua said he wanted both I was perplex!

You're description was delicious! O.O Gon was all an expert in the subject! XD And Killua confirmed Hisoka was a human, to! A very insane human! XD

I really love this characters! And I really (REALLY) love this story. My classes were cancelled this morning thats why I can write you because I really believe you deserve recognition for your excellent job :3

I will be reading all your Hunter X works and, of course, I will be writing you as soon as I can :D

Oh, I still didn't read the last chapter, but till here the whole story was AMAZING, as every fic of Hunter X you wrote. Let me tell you, please, that Iam delighted with you work! Each character very well described, not out of character. You undearstand very wel Hisoka and Gon, and GOSH! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the develpment of the strange relationship of these two. The way you narrated everithing, the environment, the scenes EVERYTHING! You know is very difficult to find good fics about them. Ah! I need to pinpoint (again XD) their personalities: Gon is a character that always surprise me with his actions and behaviour, he is unpredictable in all senses, and you reflect this very well in this last part of this chapter, I mean in the whole fic, but especially here. The dialogs between Hisoka and Gon where very creative SO THEM! At any moment I felt them out of character. I swear I don't know how you did it. And of course, the story was very entertaining with some parts of comedy (I remember Killua in the rol of Gon's mother and I laugh). I also liked that you add other character, not only Hisoka and Gon. I say this because I love Leorio, too XD and I loved that he appeared in this last chapter!

THE BATTLE! GAAAAD Was AMAZING }, too! I couln't imagine that ending, mut it was agreat ending, again, unpredictable as Gon is, and he got beat Hisoka and get to be with him in a relationship! They love each other! Well I just have to say that I enjoyed the story from the begining to the end, and that tou0re a great writer! If you write something else about Hunter X, believe me, I'll be there to read it! I hope you keep writing!

Hisoka and Alluka are both men. It's been comfirmed by THE auther/creater than they're both men. If you don't know what that is, it means that they're both biologically male, and not whatever term transtrender sjws are vomiting. *He, *him.

Several things here. First and foremost, I adored this entire story and thought it was beautifully done. I often get distracted if a fics grammar is all over the place and not solid, even if it’s a good plot. The plot was excellent and the grammar on point, kudos. I’ve just recently watched Hunter x Hunter and automatically loved Hisoka. I also knew I’d like to see Hisogon, but couldn’t find (until now) a fic I could enjoy since it is a problematic pairing. So I especially am thankful for the background character relationship/history/development and that Gon was appropriately aged up. (I also dig the Killua involvement) I was super happy this was from Hisoka’s point of view and that we were able to see into their psyche, it was nice to be able to understand them. Plus, it was hot. P.s. I hadn’t thought of Hisoka as being non binary, BUT THEY TOTALLY ARE! Super kudos for this story and pairing, can’t wait to see more! ~

Sorry I was too lazy to log in but I had to leave this review. This story... this story is amazing. Hands down one of the best yaoi that I have ever read and that is ALOT. You captured the character's personalities while weaving a great story line. This is one of the few stories I actually come back and reread. I hate knowing a story's plotline and ending but for this story I don't care. Whiskey Dark is the perfect name for this story. Your writing is like a smooths gin on a cold Winter day in front of a fire. Please don't ever stop writing.

This was a really well written story with an interesting plot. I loved your writing style it was smooth and vague but in a good way. Your characterization was on point and none of the characters were out of characters. There a lot of things that were unsaid I feel but it might make sense when I reread it in a while, I don't know. Either way this was a wonderful read and something I really enjoyed for the rare pair it was.

You should be paid to write. Thank you so much for letting me read this for free. Thank GOD you wrote this, because I had been going out of my mind trying to find someone who really understood Hisoka's psyche and didn't sweeten it or take any shortcuts with a psychopath. You made this a truly wonderful experience, and the fact that you put a Killua scene in here makes me want to send you a fuckin fruit basket. This story was so perfect, you're spoiling me, you're the reason that I can't read just any fanfic when I know things like this exist in the world and I have to find them. Please, please write more. I will read anything you put out.
