First off I gotta give you props, this is a pretty great story I'm definitely hooked!

For pairings, Wanda and Peter would be my first choice. I recently saw a Peter & Female Johnny Storm fanfic which was surprisingly entertaining (just thought I'd put it out there lol)
Also as a side pairing Tony Stark and MCU Aunt May would have been hilarious to see

I'd give him just about any pairing but 2 ideas that come to mind are silk who can be a classmate who became an inhuman, or black cat as a thief from Hell's Kitchen.
