Just found this tale and really enjoying this incarnation of Harry. Glad he is grey that is always how I thought of magic not light, dark but grey because it is the intent of the user to decide what magic does.

When Harry Met Tom by The Carnivorous Muffin. It's a fem!Harry with the author's unique brand of characterization that finds herself in the past. It's honesty one of the best stories I've ever read and would recommend it to anyone, not just someone looking for Harry/Tom stories.
Fate's Favourite by The Fictionist. It's not slash but centers around the extremely close and strange relationship between Harry and Tom. The first few chapters are a bit weird, like a chapter accidentally got deleted or something, but it doesn't end up making a big impact. It has some of the coolest Harry/Tom interactions and an intriguing take on their friendship with a Tom Riddle that honestly seems very in character (which is hard to find in stories that show him having a friend). And there's a potato scene... You'll know if you read it.

I haven't come across any stories that focus on Harry with an eating disorder, but their were a few that brushed on the topic. (I can't find the titles, sorry.) One was an incomplete Harry sorted into Slytherin story, in which the lack of overbearing friends in his house means no one pays attention, or says anything atleast, to the little he eats, barely picking when he has anything at all. The other was a HarryxDraco piece starting in forth year. They're both friends with Cedric, Harry especially, and both closeted. The only acknowledgement of weird eating habits is that Harry always stuffed rolls and things from dinner in his pockets, so he would never be caught without food.

Hope that helped! For now, I'm going to go back to reading. This is story is great so far.

Honestly this story is a massive shit stain on the smart harry genre, if he can’t even handle fucking eating and becomes a little abused bitch whenever anything remotely senditive comes up then he should’ve just fucked right off or killed himself if he can’t function like a fucking human being

I really liked this, I liked how you didn't go into the some scenes that are well known such as smuggling out Norbert or confronting quirrel but still left the details and information on what happened.

It is often written in how to books that you have to capture the reader's interest in the first chapter or sooner, I would recommend against a dream sequence to start. I will give this story a chance based on the description and recommendation by an author I like, despite the first chapter being very unsatisfactory.

Love the changeup of the houses. Interested to see how this effects the rest of the story!

The Dursley's were abusive. Poor Harry's life sucks. We get it, now move things along.

Word vomit liberally sprinkled with flowers. Aggravating to read.

WHY the FK when everytime I read the same SOB HP childhood story there is no FKng murdering the Dursleys. One would think that some author would grow a pair of balls and simply allow Harry to sacrifice the Dursleys to the Dark Gods. NO it is always the same typical Harry as a slave house elf BS.
