this is honestly one of the best stories I have read and reread, as a shipper of Arkos, I can appreciate the happy ending, as a book worm, I appreciate that it is fairly lengthy.

I'm still rather confused by the portrayal of the wolves. It's been established they are basically people with some animalistic instincts that can be suppressed and that Vales teachings are wrong, which makes sense. But it also appears that both packs near Vale raid it which means even if the more dogmatic reasoning is wrong Vale has no real reason to be on friendly terms with them. Killing them before they can attack is in the basics of dealing with bandits for the time period this appears to take place in. That said the lack of communication between them is likely on the humans, so I can see there being some blame there for the poor relations.

Overall it seems like both sides are assholes to each other and I'm not sure if that lines up with the tone.

This is enjoyable but youre being a little heavy handed on the "its good to be a wolf" thing. Unless that's just pyrrha's thoughts on it and not your own. Ruby has had her life stolen from her by asshole wolves attacking where she lives, the blame on that one is pretty squarely in the furry court even if the hunters have questionable drive for their "take no prisioners" policy with wolves.

Only just read through about you focusing on original works now and know that i still meant what i said this was fantastic and i completely understand stepping away from the fandom. I wish you luck on any and all future endeavours may your path be light and bountiful.

Holy hell that was a great adventure. The pacing for the final stretch was perfecrly handled and i loved that ending. Having it all go back to the beginning with Ren sharing the story we all just read is such an amazing soft ending that makes it feel like the kids are right there with you. In short bravo i look forward to hopefully adding your stories right along with coeurs where i always read every new venture into Vale. Thank you for sharing this friend.

I know I am supppppppppppper late but ending of chapter 86 killed was the best fanfic I have read so far,and I hate to see it end.I will definitely be checking out more stories by you!
