Awwwwww! I find it cute you keep calling Ryoma a little lion. I've seen a lot of people tease him for looking like a lobster because of his armor

So I just finished reading all of this, and it's great. I like how you incorporated the theme of colour into each chapter and each passing time period - I have to say that the way their friendship (or relationship?) is progressing feels very organic and just right. I'm looking forward to your next chapter!

Great chapter! It must be hard for Ryoma to leave his people to die like that, but Xander does have a point about keeping Ryoma alive is what matters most to the Hoshidan councilmen. I just want to point out that the first part of this chapter is repeated again in most of the second half; right down to the dialogue. Other than that, it's fine.

I really like this story! The plot flows really well and you match Ryoma's and Xander's personality perfectly! I can see how Ryoma would be the reckless one as a kid and then grow more and more level-headed as he ages. And I can also see Xander being the more thoughtful one at the start of the story. I'll be waiting for more!

No Ryoma/Xander! Ryoma is totally crushing on Scarlett, and Xander is epic with either Charlotte or Hinoka.
