Glad to see Margaery stepping up to be a real Queen. And very happy to see that Varys is doing his duty towards Sansa; why, even the Hound called her a little bird, and Varys is fond of his own little birds, isn't he?

So, where is Joffrey going? And is Tywin going to arrange a Tragic Accident for his grandson?

Plus, why isn't Tyrion at least trying to reconcile with Sansa? You would think that Tywin would move Shae out of his son's bed, at least.

Oh, my. She knows everything now-too bad she didn't find a way to send Shae the hell away from Kings Landing. She should never have given up her quarters with Tyrion. For one thing, Tywin's not stupid and he likely already knows it was Shae all along.

(Then again, Shae is um, flexible-perhaps she would have made her way to Tywin's bed all the sooner, and wouldn't that have been exciting?).

I'm sensing that Sansa is mentally packing to head North...

But she needs to remember that the Boltons are still there.

I love the byplay in this chapter!

Poor Loras will be lucky to survive the wedding night, though I imagine that he and Cersei will lie like crazy, though how either one manages during the bedding, I have no idea.

Sansa, Tyrion, Jaime and Brienne make a wonderful quartet-I'm sure Varys is even now making notes about all four to add to his copious collection (you better believe *he* knows all about Cersei and Jaime).

Yes, Sansa is still thinking way ahead, even with Jaime back in the game (Tywin is undoubtedly ecstatic).

But Tyrion sees deeply too, and allows her to leave before she breaks in front of everyone.

Still, I bet Tyrion is keeping an eye on Baelish, and that if Joffrey does die, I suspect the necklace will somehow be found on Littlefinger.

Oh, dear, *that* necklace. Granted, seeing Joffrey choke to death certainly has its charms, but if Tyrion is still the cupbearer, we're back in trouble with Lord Baelish again. Um, no.

Yay for Sansa; and I think Tyrion played drunker than he really was, though the blood on the sheet will tell enough of the truth. At least there wasn't a mob there!

Good for both of them.

I like this Sansa; she knows what she doesn't know, which is a huge step forward.

And Tywin will do much for his family. Sansa is becoming almost as practical as Margaery Tyrell, in her own way.

Well, bye bye Theon; I like his death on the show much better, frankly.

And yet, Theon will still be alive in the time Sansa returns to. Here's hoping she has a lot more sense than her 12 year old self (and writes a note, 'don't trust Littlefinger. Ever'. ).

No matter how many times I read this story, I still get so mad at Tyrion for what he did to Sansa. And don't get me started on Shae, treating Sansa like that was unforgivable and still Sansa saved her life and managed to forgive Tyrion.

I'm very disappointed in Tyrion. But, even so I wish you write this story in his perspective

Really adore this Sansa, strong, confident, smart. Totally put Tyrion in his place. I'm hoping Sansa and Tyrion will soon bond over their child.

Hmm... interesting story idea! Makes one wonder how different ANY of the main character's lives would be if they could go back to a certain point in their lives & do things differently, knowing how the future could turn out. I look forward to catching up to the other chapters!
