I'm going to go with the contrarian take and say Yuu's deck honestly doesn't look that broken, it seems a lot like those ''FOUR QUASARS IN ONE TURN? OPPONENT QUIT YGO AND BECAME A CORN FARMER IN YEMEN AFTER THIS GAME'' videos youtubers clickbait you with. sure it looks pretty ridicolous when the deck pops off but ends up pretty inconsistent in practice especially when he needs so much set up and cards that need other cards to function that other than being a huge brickfest waiting to happen he dies to any negate board ever. anyway this duel captures perfectly the essence of modern ygo and I loved every second of it

This duel is becoming hard to keep track of. Lots of chaining and negating, and Yuu doing a cr p ton of complex maneuvers in one turn... Basically the meta game, so kudos for accuracy.

I stand by a previous statement that Yuu's deck is the one of the most broken things I've ever seen. Seriously, K'allma's effect is only applicable for Dark Signers with multiple patron Earthbound.

So Ch'askancha has an army of Death Gods. If I didn't know any better I'd say she has a thing for a certain someone.

Don't really have a lot to say about this. It was mostly just action scenes with little plot. Oh god I'm having flashbacks to Super Megaforce! Minus 20 points for reminding me of that trainwreck!

Yuuren: Ahem. *Blocks out my cheering* Pardon my...friend's...over-enthusiastic attitude, I believe this chapter deserves a full review from yours truly (Since Pink is too busy fangirling that she can't give out a proper review), which is a miracle that only happens like.. Once a year or something.. But I guess this is worth it.

1- The Duel is very well-done, with many twists and turns and comebacks. But to be fair, at some point I found it somewhat hard to keep up with its pace (Mainly due to the many chains and the MASSIVE amount of custom cards), but nevertheless, it was something worth the wait. I mean it.

2- Personal opinion, but I love the sarcastic and somewhat arrogant attitude of Black Rose Dragon and her interactions with the characters. Shows how much of an expert you are with Monster Spirits and all that.

3- Because I so like to point out mistakes, at some point where Ch'askancha used Hunhua's effect she said something like "Hunhua's no kouka..." I know it's a minor mistake that you forgot to edit while proofreading, but like I said, I love pointing out stuff. You probably know the correction, so I won't have to mention it.

All in all, I'm rating this 9.9/10. Excellent work, you earned my interest. Which means I MIGHT review more of this-

So...Ch'askancha is basically one big Towers who has a POSITIVE level. I wonder what would happen if I used Borreload's battle phase effect on her *sinister smile*. I mean, stealing such a big waste of resources from your opponent does seem unfair. But then again, Ch'askancha has just ruined Pendulum summoning last chapter, and I don't want her laying her hands on Link summoning-

Ch'askancha: Excuse me..Did you just say Dark Bind Summoning?

Pink: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! KEEP YOUR EIGHT HANDS OFF MY DARK TEMPLAR!

This chapter was really good.
Having said that I really hope that the Matriarch effect is stupidly OP because Yuu said that doing Fusion/Xyz/Synchro(which is pretty much cheating) with just two monsters is mediocre but he didn't do anything to actually top that.

Yay, the update finally awakens! After...one...year...it's finally alive! So good to read an Aki-focused chapter, now let's hope she won't die in the next chapters! *fingers crossed*! The revelation of Yuu being a dual Signer and Ruka and Rua being dead hit me like a train... amazing bombshells. I can't wait to read more of this crazy story!
