And to be honest with you, I had to re-read the whole fanfic. But I loved it, just like before! I remember the story, but I just had to read it againit’s so good. *smile* So their relationship has reached a point where Allen can actually be somewhat honest with Link about how he's feeling. Good. Hmm. Allen learns about the Thirds earlier here. Yay for communication. I wonder how this might affect future arcs. Even if Allen says right now he can't understand why they did what they did, I think that after hearing Link's stories that might change. Then again perhaps not. I get the feeling Link understands exactly why his friends did what they did and isn't willing to tell Allen. Mmm. So we encounter the difference between knowing what Allen's curse does and /knowing/ what it does, and I don't think Link is quite comfortable with the later. I really wonder how Link would react (or Chaoji, /that/ would be interesting) if he ever was exposed, like Lavi and Krory were, to what Allen sees. *grimace* On the other hand, I really hope that in no AU anywhere that the Thirds ever see what Allen does, because that would be a level of body horror that is horrific even by D. Gray-man standards.
