I think exploring the bond between Lockwood and George makes a lot of sense-it's really hard to imagine all the stuff they've been through and this fic handles it beautifully. All the pairings are possible, writing in character, because Stroud is so coy about what direction he's going (and some of us are suspicious of Carwood - Locklyle because we've read Bartimaeus, I'm sure). I have Carbins (Cublyle?) and Cubwood ideas kinda floating around; don't know if I'll flesh them out or not. I really liked "Turn" btw- nice job. Thanks for posting!
