"Kiss" So jean was cheating on Scott? Interesting...

I like this story, I do. But I think I'm done readin it. Logan in the comics is actually not what the movies portray him. Consider them two different universes-similar but different. Six foot two and three hundred pounds is Movie-verse. In the comics, Logan's actually one of the shorter X-Men. He stands at 5 foot 3 inches; this has been subject to retcon, but he has never been over 5 feet 6 inches. His adamantium-laced skeleton increases his weight severely- adamantium is an extremely dense and heavy metal. Though his un-augmented weight was two hundred fifty pounds, post-Weapon X his actual weight is over eight hundred pounds. These are my only real problems with this story-it's very well-written and the characters are well-made and characterized. I think it's real good; ya got some serious chops, just work on yer researchin a bit and it's gold.

Great Fic

This deserves and immediate sequel, picking up with the epilogue. It would be nice to see what the possibilities are with the storyline.

Lovely author's note btw. And get out of here, Misty Knight! I love Misty and love that you included her in this as her friend. Who even remembers that time in their (my) young life? Well, once again, obviously you do! But Emma!? I had to laugh. I was like, oh no, oh no but so it is. Amusingly scary to me but why not? And yay Charles for helping Jean with her counseling as she desperately needed that. Yes, she's learned valuable lessons and you did right by her. Well done. And oh my goodness what an original thing you had Logan do for Ororo. And the lovely way they interacted over talk of the future! I loved, loved that. “Well, if I must” - just lovely and witty and perfect! And this is why I suppose I'm still reading when it's, yes, almost 3am!

So I just adore how you have Logan adoring Ororo. I know I must've mentioned that before. I can never write him like that but I adore it, your Logan! I am glad to see Jean acting sensibly now. Thank you for that.

Ororo blinked once, twice, three times, in an effort to resist an eye roll! Lol. You really have me laughing throughout these chapters. Beautiful word picture there! I'm seriously hoping someone's going to help Jean. What she did was indeed wrong but now she's seen the error of her ways and that should count for something I think. But I would be furious with her too. They're going easy on her really.

Okay, I'll say I'm taking a nap before getting up at 5:30am and then I'll take another nap later.

What? Logan singing to the 'Dirty Lowdown'! I seriously almost had a flashback to that era! Wow, who'da thunk of that song? Well, you obviously. Good choice, good song, gonna play it on YouTube now as I type. Oh, right, Boz Scaggs, of course. So, a little Barns Courtney now and life is good.

Okay, another good chapter. I don't want to stop reading but it's now 2am. Bummer. I am curious if everyone thinks Jean has a problem, Logan in particular, why not talk to the Prof to get her some help? She really is messed up. Missed my RoLo this chapter but love your Logan just a singing and waiting (ting ting) for his mate to return. I'm really in great spirits reading this, listening to Barns! (Like glitter and gold, yeahhhh) and I haven't listened to Barns in a while so, yep, life's great even if I'm only going to get three and a half hours of sleep. Will sleep later in the morning though.

I laughed at the thought of Logan doing cartwells up and down the mansion halls. I do think you had a few would's in place of 'will' when you had Jean and Forge talking . . . 'Ororo would never be yours' 'you would never be able to walk in Ororo's shoes' unless I read it wrong? But I really liked Scott going to Ororo and their conversation. On the other hand, I hate having evil unredemmable Jean. But that said, I know how they can all go back to how they used to be - get rid of the red head!

OMiGosh, I have not even finished reading this but the first line just made me go wow! I just saw you have a new story up too and not rated M, and that's what made me come here after I saw I hadn't read any updates since last chapter. I had to wonder how I missed your previous stories too since it's part three? I haven't read the newest one yet, too late at night/morning. But you know I didn't have access to a laptop for a while so I guess that's what happened. At any rate, I have one now - yay! And so I'm back and I do expect to get caught up. My apologies for being MIA.

I laughed, seriously out loud and enjoyed this chapter so much. So happy to have good RoLo to read. Forge squeaking tickled me to no end. Good chapter, great ending. Will read more in the next few days. Long, long day ahead and it's almost 1:30am now so I'm off to bed.
