It saddens me I found this two years after its publication but you know what? I don't care, this was lovely and tragedian and so very *them*. And it occurs to me the title is a death haiku... fitting indeed.

This was so beautifully written! Thank you so much for this lovely piece! It is so melancholy and bittersweet. Your writing is so elegant and brings so many emotions to the surface when reading this. I hope you will continue to write more stories of Inuyasha and Kikyo. I just started reading Inuyasha fanfiction, and was upset when I noticed that there weren't that many InuKik fics out there. But this fic made that spite dissipate a bit. Thank you for that, and thank you again for writing such a lovely fic that fits both these two characters so well.

This is so bittersweet. They're together, but they're not. They have this moment in time, but they won't always. Inuyasha tries to savor this time, but Kikyo doesn't even want to let herself do that. They're crying even as they're kissing. This situation can't continue, yet that bond between them will never go away.

You also have a lovely way with words as an author.

UGH. You did it again! I don't even know Inuyasha and I'm shipping them so hard LOL (she's dead? Why's she dead?!)

This is so perfectly written and so perfectly angsty, it fits my aching soul so wonderfully! I want to cry with this poor boy and his dead lover, Kikyo. You've managed to capture such a solemn and sad and intimate moment between these two, I almost feel like I'm intruding.

I love the way you write, your flow and structure is unparalleled! OMG, now I have to look these characters up LOL
