MstgSzy chapter 88 . 7/23 Aargh! :) I feel as though I should have an idea why Bear is acting the way he is (seems a bit passive-aggressive) to Bonnie, but I cannot put my finger on it. Poor girl (in that respect only)...I think your title is absolutely perfect for her emotional ups and downs relative to him. It was nice to see her getting back into her DC life after Paris. Still really enjoying this story! |
Guest chapter 88 . 7/22 Year after year I wait and watch. I feel like Angela, just a crum for a spark of romance. |
GalaxieGurl chapter 88 . 7/22 Bummmer...somehow, I thought Bonnie and Trevor would be heading down the same relationship path; I guess I need to go back and re-read some earlier chapters, as I haven't had time to do recently. As always, your descriptions of Bonnie's physical surroundings...sky, sunsets etc are lyrical, vivid, and mesmerizing. I can't wait for your next update, by which time perhaps Baer's mood and outlook will have improved in all areas of his life. (And people say women are the more mercurial creatures...I don't think so!) Great chapter! |
554Laura chapter 88 . 7/22 I hope things get straightened out soon. it's a nice twisty bit of mystery in the story. |
Platinum Blondie chapter 1 . 6/30 Really enjoying this story. |
GalaxieGurl chapter 87 . 6/29 Now she gets to go back to Boothy "welcome home" hugs, which will be just as warm and comforting as Grammy Angela's send-off. I've forgotten details from the earlier chapters if you included them, but we are to assume that Brennan and Hodgins have gone on to their eternal rewards, correct? The circumstances of which, by now, will perhaps have convinced Bones that Booth was right about the after-life. Can't ever get enough of your vividly descriptive writing, so detailed in its descriptions of Paris and France due to your extensive knowledge of that delightful place. A thoroughly entertaining read. Now to get Bonnie back to Trevor! LOL |
MstgSzy chapter 87 . 6/29 This is such a charming story, it made me smile when I received the alert that a new chapter had been posted. Bonnie leaving in the cab and looking back to catch a glimpse and, perhaps, a wave from Bear immediately reminded me of somewhat similar events between her Grandpa B and Grammy T-that was a nice touch. From what we have learned about Bonnie thus far, she seems to have inherited the very best from her Booth and Hodgins grandparents. |
angelena76 chapter 87 . 6/29 Lovely ending with Angela and Bonnie. |
554Laura chapter 87 . 6/29 It sounds like Bonnie made quite a splash in Paris. It'll be interesting to see what happens next. |
Karen Battaglia chapter 86 . 6/6 I enjoyed this chapter and found this one an easier read than usual. I am anxious for the next chapters. |
554Laura chapter 86 . 6/5 it sounds like Bonnie was a great success. Good for her. |
GalaxieGurl chapter 86 . 6/5 You handled the intricate description of Bonnie's day so well! So many vivid details of the Paris scenes and streets she experienced and walked along. Of course, a Booth would handle a speech well, regardless of the crowd size, yet also characteristically suffer a bit of nerves beforehand. Glad that Angela was there to reassure, bolster, and cheer her success! The text from Trevor was a perfect touch, IMO. |
554Laura chapter 85 . 5/22 The dinner sounds delicious. Now we need to figure out what's going on with Bear. |
GalaxieGurl chapter 85 . 5/21 Wow! They really truffled their way through drinks, dinner and dessert. Your description of their dining experience left me hungry; and however Bonnie's relationship with Baer turns out, patience while another sorts through problems is excellent counsel from Isabelle. Great chapter! |
Karen Battaglia chapter 85 . 5/21 So did I miss something. It seems that Bear and Bonnie have a problem. That is to bad. Oh well I am looking forward to the next chapter. |
