This was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. Honestly one of the best fanfics I have ever ever ever read for the two of them, and I'm so happy I was able to do that. I'm trying to actually leave a coherent review, but I'm honestly speechless about how this was written?

I was about to go get some food, saw that a friend of mine had linked it to me to read, and then just ended up sitting and reading the entire thing in one go, it immediately pulled me in, and I'm in awe of how well you can write, and ESPECIALLY how well you can write them.

It's always an immense joy finding such a treat for your otps, thank you thank you thank you!

Wow that went from 0-100 really fast but wow. Really good work.
I do really like the thought that they had just been trying to slip away the entire time, a different perspective on the "I can't afford to lose" line.

Holy shit, Unjax. I thought MINE was grim.
All in all, this was an absolute rollercoaster ride. I really enjoyed Roman and Neo's interactions, the whole thing where they planned to use the flagship to make a getaway, because that just made the finale all the more heartbreaking.

And then the ending. Oh boy. I mean, first we have Roman's ghost/sentient hallucination explaining it all, then we have Neo as a barely sane creature held together by sheer rage going out Harvey Dent style after KILLING EVERYONE. AND RUBY TOO. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?

All in all, you've got my vote for MonCon so far. You sick bastard.
