Just read that you need plot ideas. I don't have main plot ideas, but I have little stresskiller random event whatchamacallits. I'm also on my phone right now, so I'll try to be brief. Expect errors!

Oliver and Hoopa prank Arceus. Seems like it's all fun and games, but the prank could be accidental foreshadowing for something (e.x. Oliver sets up an iPad and plays a gunshot, making Arceus fear a criminal broke in ; further in the plot, a deranged drunk maniac tries to shoot a main character. Hopefully missing his target.)

Christmas! Lunala, Tessa, Christian, and Arceus all work together to set up a surprise Christmas party for their friends. Not sure if any of the characters favor baking, but if there is someone like that, maybe they and their Legendary Pokemon can make peppermint brittle or gingerbread men.

Maybe try shipping some people harder over the holidays? We haven't heard much about older ships, like Annaleise or Tessa or Miror B (it's been a while since I reread the series entirely,.though I do intend on doing so, but on my phone I can't scroll upward and check some ships). I feel like some of these very old characters have been neglected in their ships, though they've practically been with us since the beginning.

Hoo boy! This chapter was SO EPIC! I couldn't have possibly expected this!
I have SO MANY THINGS TO TALK ABOUT, and I am SO EXCITED, but I'll start with a decent intro.
It's 11:37 PM as I write this rn. I read this entire chapter almost in one sitting, with the exception of bringing my laptop downstairs (to watch my brother play Pokémon Sword :3) and bringing it back upstairs.
Now with that out of the way, where to start? While reading this, I decided to take a little index card and write down my favorite aspects. So for beginning, I'm so grateful you threw in that mini-recap near the beginning. It's been a while since I read this entire fanfiction (it's long), so I didn't remember it so well. That recap really helped, tysm!
And now for the part that literally had me smiling through the first half of the chapter, every time they appeared. Winter and Summer James! (My suggested OCs! :D) I love them so much, and you really outdid yourself with their personalities! It's just what I expected. I definitely didn't see Summer x Hop coming, but it was a welcome surprise. I'm definitely being biased when I say they're my favorite characters, eeeeee~
Next, those Pokémon puns were epic! I don't remember if you had them before, but "Onix-pected", "Mareepishly", "the apple doesn't fall far from the Victreebel", "peas in a Wimpod", and "Bye Bye Delibirdie" are so great. I never gave much thought to Pokémon-themed puns, and yours are hilarious!
There are actually a lot of references in this fanfiction that I don't know or understand, and not just in this chapter. However, the fact that the characters bring up real-life terms makes it feel like they're really alive, and the world of Pokémon does exist (it might, who's to say it doesn't?).
I also have a small theory. Yes, it's more likely for Victoria's Legendary Pokémon to be Eternatus, but Audrey's dreams/visions about a "dragon Pokémon" could possibly be Eternatus as well. Eternatus is a Poison/Dragon-Type, so it could certainly be possible. Or, in fact, perhaps Audrey could see Victoria with Eternatus in a vision, should Eternatus be Victoria's Pokémon and the Pokémon Audrey is seeing?
I also love it how the characters are supposed to be stopping an evil apocalypse, but find time to just chill out and have fun. I'm also happy for all those who found, ( cough cough ) some people ( cough cough ) in their life, and I feel bad for Victoria and LydiaLyric. The way you write really helps people attach to the characters.
Rowlet's sleepiness did make me laugh a little. Ngl.

For the "Normal POV", I'm definitely not complaining about the name, but if you wanted to keep the "'s" at the end, how about "Everyone's POV"? Also, "Third-Person POV" could work as well. However, this is such a minor detail that it doesn't matter at all, just a teensy suggestion to make.
It never, ever crossed Emilie's mind, over four years, to even remember her best friend? Yikes. But if her life really were that exciting, I guess it makes sense. But if she were fleeing Johto with her child, then why was Team Flare the antagonistic Team? Wouldn't Team Rocket make more sense? Team Flare is the evil team for Kalos, not Johto. Just thought I should add this.
(No more constructive criticism. I couldn't even think of anything else, because this was just so lovely, other than some grammatical issues and other things entirely opinional.)
Lastly, I've been sorta led to the conclusion that you're writing these songs yourself? I don't watch the Pokémon anime (though I should ;v;), but the way that Pokémon names are mentioned in the rhymes really got me thinking. Of course, it's possible that some of the previous songs were by other people (I live under a rock), but it just seems interesting to me, that's all.
All in all, I'm so happy I read this chapter when I did! It's so wonderful, and the characters are progressing perfectly (and the, coughcough new twins coughcough notbeingbiasednopenopenope). I look forward to seeing more writing from you, but take as much time as you need. The cliffhanger ending really has me intrigued. :)

Winter James, 12, twin brother of Summer James. Good sense of logic; when he knows there isn't any sort of life-threatening craziness happening or whatnot, he'll be a little mischievous, competing with Oliver and Hoopa, but not often. He also is serious when he knows he should be. His Partner Pokémon is either Meltan or Melmetal, who is extremely serious and literally takes no nonsense. I'll call 'em "M" because I don't feel like said Meltan/Melmetal.

(This is all me making stuff up as I go.) So M got in big trouble with Arceus and they're still pretty rude to each other. M is the only one who will defy Arceus and will get away with it (sometimes). M also has kind of a bad vocabulary. Male or female I don't know, I honestly think it would be likely if it were male.

If you actually decided to start using these characters, don't bother with this, it's just me making things up like two months after my original post.

With release of Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! and Let's Go, Pikachu!, Meltan and Melmetal was added as a Mythical Pokémon. I'm sure you are aware, but Pokémon like Shaymin and Darkrai are NOT Legendary Pokémon, they are Mythical. I'm not asking you to change anything, just warning you. There are some diehard Pokémon fans that will drill you for calling Zeraora a Legend or such.

With a new Pokémon comes a new character. I don't have an actual account, and I don't know how to do voting poles, so here is my character. (Note: if you don't use it I might pop it in one of my own things. .p.)

Winter James, male, platinum blond, very short hair. Pokémon: you decide. Naturally, Legendary is EITHER Meltan or Melmetal. Decent childhood. Often teased, as his sister's name is Summer James. Called the Season-Kid. Serious at good times, though mischievous and is a prankster (watch out, Hoopa. You have competition.)

Melmetal/Meltan personality: much like Winter. Really, you decide anything else. I hope you see this.

I love your fanfictions. I remember, when I read this about a year ago, I thought it was weird because it "gave Tessa all the credit," and stopped reading about halfway through the second chapter or something. Now I understand: Tessa was the first character introduced, and the Squad leader. I can't wait for Chapter 20. Feel free to change anything about Winter, Summer, or Melmetal/Meltan if you want. Reading your fanfictions inspire me to write my own. I've started a new fanfic that, as I'm writing this review, is at Chapter 10. Maybe I'll publish it to here someday! But that's about me.

I have a couple of signature Z-Moves for Legendary Pokémon. And here they are!

Mewtwo-Mewtium Z upgrades its signature move Psystrike to the Z-Move Psychic Mind Swap. It swaps all stat changes between Mewtwo and its opponent.

Azelf-Azelfium Z upgrades Uproar to the Z-Move Supersonic Psychic Screech. It deals double damage to any Pokémon with Soundproof for its Ability, negating it.

Manaphy-Manaphium Z upgrades Heart Swap to the Z-Move Operetta of the Mind and Soul. This move will deal damage while at the same time dealing the normal effects of Heart Swap. And finally (on an unrelated note...)

I have an interesting idea for a crossover that could happen. What if...the DCFDTL (if you know who those are) were Pokémon Trainers?!

Anyways, I've always thought of Kiawe being jealous of Ash, even in the anime, even though the issue hasn't TRULY been explored...yet.

Didn't even notice there was another poll. Haha. And I kind of get why Christian got five votes because Arceus is his legendary and using Z-Moves with him would be very powerful and I think the readers would like to see that in action.

Okay, who should bless Christian with a Z-Ring? Hmmm...out of all of the Kahunas in the game, I really like Nanu the best because he's really mysterious and he did help the protagonist with the Ultra Beasts.

So, I'm going with Nanu.
