And, don't worry about the birth certificate thing. I've lived in the U.S. my entire life, and even I'm not sure -_- I think it might actually be handled by the doctor who delivered the baby, though. (Since the doctor's office that delivered my Mom and her brothers put the wrong day on two of their birth certificates, and I think my grandparents had to go to the doctor to get fix it.)

I don't think Vlad was OOC. It seemed like the poor Fruitloop just gave up, and I think you prtrayed it really well :) And, I love the fact that the ghosts treasure their children that much W Mind if I borrow that sometime?
