Interesting cross, not quite what I thought it’d be. A bit too many spelling and grammar issues and the world building is a bit forced. Almost like Jaune is replacing Kenichi half the time then the parts that are still pretty much going as canon for Kenichi it happens off screen...

I was gonna give my own two cents on the whole Jaune family thing, but that Axccel reviewer said it better anyway, the excuse Jaune's family use is just that, an excuse.

Also the whole him having a condition or should I say had a condition, is a poor excuse not to train him, because if he had a weak body, just having him stay weak and fragile and letting him pretty much rot isn't going to help him in the long run.

It isn’t love that drove Jaune’s family; it was possessiveness and insecurity. They felt insecure letting him interact with strangers outside of a controlled environment like school. Their possessiveness was in the form of keeping him like some sort of pet or toy.

Devotion is the quintessence of love and his family clearly and consistently demonstrated that they didn’t care about his happiness or even his mental, emotional, and physical health. As there was no reason to believe the weak heart nonsense, there wasn’t even a medical reason.

If they loved him, they would have wanted him to be happy and to live life instead of merely existing and they would not have essentially forced him to become an introvert and murdered his confidence and self-worth.

They didn’t love him, and those that stopped the search notably did not stop the others from continuing. He who remains silent, consents.

Only when they come to terms with what they have driven out of their lives will love MAYBE begin to appear. Until then, no, not really. Love isn’t automatic just from sharing blood.

I know it's a bit too late to comment this as your already finished 21 chapters now and I've just caught up to chapter 5, but oh well. Just wanted to specify three things (mainly) 1 is that Kenichi and Jaune are both good characters but they are also different characters, meaning there was absolutely no point in making Jaune copy exactly the same thing as Kenichi in that boxing match, it would've been fine to just have Kenichi do it. Secondly, this is a crossover within the RWBYverse this means aura is a lot more of a powerful thing then your giving it credit as, Jaune's "scars" would have disappeared by the end of the day thanks to his substantial aura reserves, which you also seem to be underestimating. Lastly, I'm nit sure if you wrote this before or after Jaune's semblance was fully revealed (technically it was revealed in the forever-fall arc but wasn't fully revealed until volume 5 end), but Jaune semblance is luckily aura amplification, which actually (luckily) works with this chapter (despite the odd pain you threw in).

I like it can’t wait for the next chapter I just hope that this isn’t abandoned after this chapter
