Loved the story except for the ending... I just don’t want to picture caroline and klaus having sex with other people since they’re not technically together

I have been wanting to read this for awhile but hadn’t had a chance. But today I am hibernating away from the 105 degree heat and got to reading. Like all of your work it was wonderful. I love how you wrote Caroline’s feelings about Klaus and their whole relationship. I would have loved to see this in the show. Thank you for writing this.

What a wonderful ending.

This chapter was my absolute favorite. I love grownup/confident Caroline and the way she interacts with Klaus. I wish there were more stories about them like that.

Love Caroline's fessing up to Bonnie about her choice and what it shows about both their growth and how they're getting through everything, and the strength and affection of their friendship and acceptance of each other. Love how all the other characters are IC and incorporated often humorously even though they are not in the scene.

Love the scene where Caroline says goodbye or however long it takes let's stay in touch sort of to Klaus. I loved how it showed all Klaus's kind of moody flaws in a more endearing way and how it was super IC, and how Caroline sort of cozies up to that and confesses her intentions and feelings and is always surprising him and makes him want to give and feel more than he ever thought he could or is totally comfortable with. Loved the dialogue and the humor and the strength of the feelings that came though.

I loved how you showed how their relationship exists long distance and how much fun it is and how they are figuring everything out and fitting together and what a dork Klaus is. The Instagram thing made me laugh.

I loved their meet up and how they both have insecurities but figure it out and can be honest about what they want. Again, all great and heartfelt but funny dialogue that I loved. I loved how they are going to stay in touch and meet up while Caroline grows as a person and finds herself after her traumatic and harrowing experience.

Anyway, the story was a masterpiece and this was a fitting ending that I really loved. Fantastic and super amazing story!

sobs, this was such a good story and i'm sad to see it end. you did such a wonderful job and every chapter was just as enticing as the last. i found rebekah's reaction (i wish it was goodbye. but unfortunately you'll likely turn up again) hilarious and it goes to show how everyone knows they'll end up together one day. although i do think that there's no better way than to end it here, i hope you'd consider writing a little more about when she finally goes back to new orleans and get together with klaus once and for all!
