A 100 years is not much to a wizard, Voldemort's tantrum makes more sense this way, at 60 years old by whose standards he's still a teenager. Rebellious phase and everything...

Nice! I love the premice of this story! I especially the way you show how everyone is settling after Hogwarts (Ginny and Quidditch, Harry and travels...) as well as the way wizarding society is adapting to the turn of the century without clogging the story with too many details. And all that trivia about the Quibbler! I love languages, and anything having to do with Luna Lovegood, so you pretty much combined two of my favourite things in that section, which I really appreciate :D
And you know, it's funny, because I'd pretty much forgotten this was supposed to be a KHR crossover until you mentioned a famiglia conflict. And of course Harry had to get in the middle of it. Of course. And of course he can't even manage to activate his flames properly, right? It has to be a purple electric mass (though for a moment I thought the purple was Mist rather than Cloud, whoops).
That whole part in XVII where you talked about Harry taking a page out of Hermione's book was absolutely priceless. I love it.

Hmm... A nice start. Btw, it's "statute" not 'statue' and while the chinese language has many dialects, their written form is only one and the same for all. So no need for Harry to learn 6 different dialects just to read an article.

You do have a point about the anachronistic clothing.
The trouble that comes up no matter how many or few years you assign to the gap from Primo to Decimo is the inconsistency of "generational" spacing and how long each Don reigned for. The gap in a single family line from one parent to their first kid could be as short as under two decades, or as long as five, or there could be a kid at each extreme. Either each Don (or most of them) had very short reigns, very long ones, depending on the size of the dynasty you're covering, or it just doesn't work. If some of the Dons were siblings rather then parent-to-child, then it's feasible that many had reigns of just under a decade to barely two, but if not, then they'd /have/ to keep the reigns for at /least/ two decades each to give their kids a chance to be born and grow up enough to reign, unless their Don parent reigned long enough to see his grandkids grow up.
People forget that a century can be as little as three generations in a family or as many as five.

I've enjoyed this so far - and I completely agree with you! Both the author note of the previous chapter (sorry for not reviewing then) and this one. The history of fashion doesn't see anything LIKE kind of suits until the times of George the Third and the VERY earliest - and even that's stretching it. Pinstripe Regency, that's the earliest possible combination of fashions.

KHR just completely ignores all sense and time-line issues and history. We love it anyway, but there really are some very frustrating little things in there.
