The two of them share many similarities, but they're different enough to make their interactions occasionally comical.
I enjoyed this. It was fairly lighthearted, even though it dealt with some dark subjects.

Faramir and Legolas are really good together. they both had the experiences to work it out. Nice that the children were unharmed and that place burned down.

Great story. I always enjoy reading about the adventures of Legolas and Faramir.

That must be very potent ale they drink in Gondor. I never knew ale was flammable, being composed mainly of water, hops, yeast and sugar. I would have expected an explosion like that to be caused by spirits - such as brandy or rum.

wow..just wow. what a wonderful surprise! I am speechless and thrilled. what more could one want than a little Faramir as a treat? :) i love your bantering steward and his easy relationship with Legolas..both them are compassionate yet honourable, careful in their new princely roles. the creative way they destroy the fortress is a hoot but I love the way they take on the quest of helping Hurin's children. BAMFF fighting and doing good for the kingdom always makes me smile.

Nice story. I like your take on Faramir. He seems more a fun guy.
