Took me a little while to find the time skips, but it was so well written. The paragraphs were not too long.
I wonder how much time and thought went into Gaara’s character, it truly was consistent. Heck, the whole story was both cohesive and consistent in character building and plot.

Oh my goddess, I am so thankful that I found this beauty of a fanfic hidden among the sea of fanfics. I can't say how much this story is truly making my brain go haywire and I definitely can't stop analysing this work of art before bed. This is absolutely amazing and most definitely a very interesting fanfic, I haven't come across a fanfic where the background information of the culture and settings blends beautifully, and the OC are unique and not overwhelming unlike some fan fictions I have come across. I absolutely adore the way you portray Gaara and Naruto, it's charming to see authors write true to the character. Anyway, my apologies for my rambling. I cannot wait for the next update and oh, do your take your time because every chapter of yours is a great read regardless how long it takes.

I'm just kinda surprised Gaara didn't get frustrated and wipe the menace out sooner. Interesting how Naruto has gotten into his head.

Hm, so we finally find out the rest of the story. But we can tell that Gaara isn't really Shukaku. Otherwise, how could he have changed so much as to be interested in Naruto, right? I am glad that Naruto was able to appeal to Gaara on some level. Hopefully he won't be resentful and standoffish. After all, if Naruto died, Gaara wouldn't have anyone to be interested in anymore, right?

Yeah, I'm with Naruto. Why on earth would Gaara be amidst such a large group of people? And that one sheikh seemed intent on singling out the obvious foreigner. Question is why he seemed so intent on getting a look at Naruto's face. I wonder if Konoha ever bothered to put out a notice on his disappearance? With the possible trouble, though maybe it's a good thing that Gaara is close by.

I can sympathize with the desire to be historically accurate. I was part of one of the Medieval Reenactment groups we have in the US. I even used that as a basis for a project I had to do in Technical Writing class.

Hm, well I'm glad to see that even the hardest of the tribe are finally coming around regarding Naruto. And that he's found fighters that work 'better' for him after a fashion. I wonder if he'll start picking up their style that way? I wonder if he's ever rambled to Gaara about the life he had back in Konoha and how he had got into trouble in the first place?
