I rather liked how you wrote it all. Juanes inner monologue was entertaining and seemed to fit his character type. The fight scenes were easy to follow and kept my attention. The amount of kindgdom hearts actually felt like a good amount, enough to get the point across but not soaking in it yet. And juanes reactions and capabilities seemed in form for him starting off. All in all a very good start! Hope you bring out some more chapters!

How old is Jaune?

Interesting, heavy elements of Kingdom Hearts, especially the Dive to the Heart. Possibly some Bloodborne elements as well, with the 'Old Hunter's Journal'. All set in the world of RWBY. Actually, all three of those things ties well together, deep lore which is actually mostly background stuff you have to pay attention to, creatures of 'darkness' and 'corruption', a good balance between physical, magic and context sensitive attacks.

This could be really good, I look forward to more.

Great fic! Although, I dislike how you started it. Mostly because I think Kingdom Hearts is overrated garbage.

This was a good read. Although how will you pull of the item drops? Since Grimm leave nothing behind as they disintegrate. And will items drop out of ppl Jaune beats( or kill) the crap out of?
