What can I say. Like always: iI loved it!

After Chapter 20 I kind of thought a fight would heaten up the story. Bring something different into the story because if I recall it right, there hasn't been any real fight between them - for like over a couple of days or so.
Then I read the first few words of this chapter and thought 'Yeah, you put the fight right were I wanted it to be", but it didn't really come. I'm looking forward to the last third of this story!

My own personal opinion is that rituals are important, it strenghtens the realtionship that exist between people.

For me family isn't whose blood you carry. It's who you love and who loves you back. Paige may also not be the only reason why Emily smiles but she is definitely her favorite one! ;)

This chapter made me realize how much I actually miss Wayne Fields...he never failed her! And how he talks about his 'girls'...truly wonderful. And it's beautiful to witness how much Paige enjoys her time with the whole bunch even she had some struggle with her own family in the past...and still in the present.

Sooooo, I don't wanna sound rude but your knowledge about cars isn't like...let's say...the 'check engine' light came on while you were driving...you would look and say 'yep, it's still there'? But I enjoyed the chapter, I really did! :)

I like how Pam tested Paige, because it's always the small things which make the difference. And I somehow believe that during the time Pam helped Emily to grow up and become the woman she wanted to be, Pam became the woman she is today, because being Emily's mother taught her so many things. Which also Paige can rely on.

I liked this chapter quite a lot...not because of the obvious reasons...I am not THAT shallow!

Reason one: how you just showed in this chapter that sex is more than an act of pleasure, it's the ability to be able to feel so close to a person, so connected, so comfortable that it's almost breathtaking to the point you feel you can't take it. And at this moment you're a part of them.

Reason two: you clearly described the best relationship a couple can have...when two can act like lovers and best friends. When they have more playful moments than serious moments. When you can joke around, have unexpected hugs, and random kisses, when two give each other this specific stare and just smile. When they rather chill inside to watch movies, eat junk food, and cuddle than go out all the time. When they stay up all night just to settle their arguments and problems. When they can act completely themselves and they can still love each other for who they are.

It's sad how some people are so jealous to bring up your past when your present or future appears to better than theirs. Brilliant how Emily retaliated though.

A girl can be your best friend, girlfriend, worst enemy, or the best thing that's ever happened to you. It depends on how you treat her...Paige clearly got everything with Emily! ;)

Seriously, after I've read the chapter title I didn't expect this outcome. Stunned by Paige's remarkable offer. And all I can hear now is how Sting, Bryan Adams and Rod Stewart belt these godforsaken lyrics out...ugh...I dearly despise that song...and the movie (always hoped Tim Curry would start Sweet Transvestite or something). It looks like Emily is the only one shivering in anticipation! ;)
