Once a month? That's faster than expected. The quality is increasing, and the characters are less OOC than previously. Consider this followed, closely. Very closely. Almost as closely as a certain someone will be followed.

I think the problem with your first chapter was that it was unecessary to include a prelude.

Much less dedicate an entire chapter for it.

Just jump into the crossover, no need to rehash what we already saw.

Your chapter 2 works better as a chaoter 1.

Did Shirou become a girl? You mentioned that Shirou’s voice was higher, and Glynda says this when talking about Shirou:
“She should be clear to leave, perform the aura and medical checks before release as usual.“

And the summary says that Shirou got a new body
I’m fine with seeing a Fem!Shirou, there aren’t a lot out there.

i think this story has promise, and also this chapter is, if you'll excuse mu referance, one billion% better than the last

For what it's worth, I think the technical quality of the chapters is fine (and much better than some of the stuff you find on this website) and while there's not much plot yet per se I'm intrigued and can't wait to see what comes next.
