Your story was pretty good, but this last chapter (3) seemed off the mark and confusing. You killed off Lily. You didn't show her being alive - how she wasn't actually killed. You need to show the reconciliation with Severus and how she accepted her new reality. You should show her reconnecting with her son and grandfather and how she got her mind around that all she thought she knew wasn't true. Did Voldie absorb some of his horcruxes? Did he ever find out that he was being coerced through his wand and why? This story is a goo idea, but maybe a chapter between 2 & 3 in order to help solidify your ideas? Fleshing it out, so to speak.
