Gabriel was very ironic considering that ladybug and chat are his bane of existance. Endearing and ironic. This fanfic is a blessing to my eyes and has cleared my skin. Thank yee.

Aww Adrien is having a crush. I love seeing Gabriel be friendly. This was really sweet!

This is really sweet. I just think that maybe after this ...Marinette called her parents, got their permission to eat at Adrien’s house and Adrien enjoys his time with Marinette . He explains to his father that she is just a friend and Gabriel says something like “son I have never been very close to you and I know that you might not be very open to me but I can kind of see that you like her Adrien.” But Adrien strongly refused this and got a bit angry at his father and stormed to his room. Adrien thinks about this for some time and he couldn’t sleep because he thinking about what his father said about Mari , his princess , and when he recollected how he was behaving around Marinette he realized his father was right . In fact now that he was thinking about it he realized that he has always been behaving in that manner with Mari but he was doing it unintentionally. Like he didn’t realize that he was flirting with Marinette because he was blinded by ladybug . He couldn’t stand it so he screamed “Plagg claws out” and leaped across the rooftops to find his princess . On his way he thought of a lot of things , like the fact that he liked ladybug and why he was running to meet Mari in the middle of the night in the first place . But all of those arguments trying to stop him had equally good counter arguments . Like even though he liked ladybug, she likes someone else and chat knows that very well , he also knows that Marinette likes him as chat (or so he thinks because of the episode weredad) and he didn’t really need a reason to visit his princess in her tower. When he reached he figured that she would be asleep since it was the middle of the night but he was surprised to see that she was still as awake as ever staring at what chat could only assume to be her sketchbook . Chat knocked on Marinette’s trap door and Mari was shocked to see chat . ( okay I am tired so I will just write the rest briefly ) she opens the door and chat explains that he couldn’t sleep so he just thought of seeing her . Mari and chat talk for a while almost as if weredad never happened and as though they were the best of friends even though Mari barely ever meets chat in her civilian form . As chat is about to leave he looks at Marinette in the eye and thanks her sincerely for the talk. Chat keeps visiting Mari as chat and then one day , a few weeks later, when chat was visiting his princess... he comes with a serious expression on his face and Mari asks him what happened . Instead of saying anything , he kissed her they kissed for what seemed like an eternity. Marinette had her hand around his neck and chat with his hands on her waist. They pulled away reluctantly only because they needed to breathe . Mari looked into chat’s eyes and raised her eyebrows confused as to what just happened. He confesses his love to her and apologized for what he said in weredad episode as he just realized that Marinette was the one for him . Mari didn’t ,couldn’t and wouldn’t let go of this opportunity. They start dating. And one day as chat was coming back after defeating an Akuma he decided to visit his princess. He got there to fast and saw ladybug detransforming in to Marinette on mari’s balcony and was dumbfounded. He told Plagg what happened and told him this was bad and that Tikki would kill him . Adrien didn’t know what to do he thought maybe he would be honest with her and just go tell mari what he just saw but he couldn’t muster up the courage to do it . A few weeks later chat took ladybug to a rooftop that was hidden so that other people couldn’t see them and asked what was wrong. She also told him to hurry as they were about to change back. He kept stalling and they changed back . Mari covered her eyes and chat noir’s eyes . she couldn’t let him know that she was ladybug. No he could never know the clumsy pile of bones that he was dating was the all amazing ladybug who he only left because he thought that she liked someone else . Chat laughed a very familiar laugh which Mari could sware she had heard before . Chat said “open your eyes Mari”. Marinette was shocked . How did he find out . But all those thoughts vanished when she saw Adrien standing in front of her . Suddenly he stopped laughing and had serious expression on his face almost like fear. “You aren’t disappointed are you?” He asked. That was when Marinette started laughing . Adrien enjoyed that sweet laugh of hers . It was one of the main reasons encouraging him to live . “What’s so funny”. She explained how she used to like him as Adrien and just said she liked him as chat noir (during weredad) in the heat of the moment because she didn’t want him finding out that she is ladybug . She explained how she just felt overwhelmed at the fact that he confessed his feelings that she couldn’t possibly turn down such courage and determination. Blah blah blah . They kiss . And they live happily ever after. With three kids named Emma , Hugo and Louis and one hamster.
If you have read all that then you must be incredibly patient or jobless . I am not in the least bit patient . Seriously, I have absolutely no idea how I sat and typed this much
