I know I'm late to respond but, if this is what you feel is right then I think that the actual true fans will support your decision

It's irritating that Ruby doesnt seem to grasp the concept of time travel... or any of the other ones for some reason... calling someone who looks your age "dad" and "uncle" is retarded.

Sigh.

I'd just like to point out, for futuee reference, that "Uncle" has no sge obligation, unlike "Father" and "Grandfather"

As an example, my mother is only four years younger than her uncle, also, I have an aunt that's two years younger than I am.

It's a shame that your motivation/inspiration dried up for this story, but that's definitely understandable. I wish you luck on the next iteration!

I also really appreciate you giving us the outlines of your planned arcs. It's really neat to go through and see how things would play out.

So...I figured the Black Vein worked along those lines, but didn't expect JNPR to have time-jumped as well; I guess Mount Glenn still has active infestations despite the lack of regular inhabitants? That Lady Ashen isn't Cinder refutes my theory, but that's cool - I thought it would have been a little too...direct, if she was? Something like that. On the other hand, it was a complete surprise to learn that (real) Diggs and Effie were different.

I'm glad to see that Patch would have been reclaimed. And also that Taiyang and Liliana resolved things peacefully. It's particularly nice to see that the Schnee family didn't go the same way as in canon - it's fun to imagine how Crystal and Weiss' meeting went.

It's a tad disappointing (but completely reasonable) that Lanthus would use questionable methods of dealing with matters at times, and I should have figured earlier that Clay was Blake's dad - ah, well.

You didn't mention much of ruby...or the rest of JNR...

So you're creating another story with the same time-travel concept but with STRQ and RWBY being more equal?

aw... I'm truly saddened by your decision,however, sharing your plot and other info about the whole story creates a closure in this story (in my opinion). I am lucky to read a wonderful story like this and I'm looking forward for your future projects

So will this newer story will be called something new, or will it be a rewrite under the same name?

Also, in this less dark new story, will there be more RWBY and STRQ fluff? Will we see Ruby tackle a teenage Summer for example?

How far off from canon will this new story be? Will it be drastically different like in this one, or will be a little bit closer, like with character names and origins?

Dang. I really enjoyed this fic. although I was noticing a lack of relevance for RWBY somewhat. maybe this is just what the story needs. in any case i'll be keeping an eye out for the reboot. (if it could be called that) PS. are you gonna delete this?

Very sad to hear that this has been abandoned - not least which because I just found the darned thing!
