I loved this so much! Loved your usage of present tense so it feels like an actual ep. Love how Phryne finds him and deliberately crashes into him and immediately takes him Jack to her hotel. You've captured them so well!

I may not be familiar with this TV show, but I am familiar with this author and her fabulous writing style and "Ren" you did not disappoint. I read this mesmerizing little gem of yours during my lunch at my desk... and my lunch has now ran 30 minutes beyond schedule. lol The rhythm of your words and the visuals I was able to create in my mind through your descriptions kept me glued to the story. ***Applause-applause*** I hope you are doing well these days (it's been ages since we've been in contact), and I hope you never give up on writing, even if it's just for a hobby.
