Second, I love the way you wrote Rei as three separated personalities-it doesn't mean he has Multiple Personality Disorder tho-I've always known Rei's different attitudes to the organization, to Kogoro, and to the PSB, it's nice to read how those attitudes works.

Third, I want to say thank you again. Because, I've read a lot of people saying Rei's a perfect person and blah and I was just...I hate gary stu okay it made me felt a little disappointed because he's my fav chara, and I know he isn't a gary stu but I don't know how to say it but your fic perfectly portrays it. Ahhhh how should I say it lol in short, thank you for saying Rei's not a gary stu character.

I love the way you write it from start to end. His interaction with Vermouth, and the way he saw Sherry then question his paranoia were bizzarely enough my favourite. Azusa-san is apparently his angel, so I hope that one, at least, won't be taken away from him in later future.

Thank you for writing this fanfic. I enjoy a lot of character study involving Bourbon. He's quite complicated character. Seeing Amuro the cheery waiter, Furuya the PSB (with seething vageance), and Bourbon the dangerous criminal throws me off balance each time, because they're just so different I'm not sure which ones are the act, and which ones are the real him beyond the cracks. Living as NOC must be hard.

Woah, the Angst. Your analysis on Rei's character is brilliant! Although he doesn't show it, I feel he's suffering and tragic.
Having so many fake identities for so long can't be healthy,(I'm not even sure which name to call him half the time.) and Azuha really is good for him. Too bad they can't get together.:(

I like your version of Rei/Tooru/Bourbon ... even though it was not comical. I'm not even sure, if I could see Amuro in any comical context. Just think, it doesn't suit him that well because he is a more serious and tragic character. At least in my eyes.
So I think, this fiction is perfect. Especially that you distinguished and described his different personas the way you did.
I would like to read more of those stories. (:

Wow... Your character analysis of Bourbon was awesome. I love how each of his personality surfaced in one single person and how he struggled to suppress it. It must be hard being Rei. There's so many feelings that triggered his real self but there's also too many personalities he had to take note of, to take care of because grave consequences will fall upon him if he can't keep up.
It's funny how he have Vermouth as his "friend". I mean, I don't know about the rest but for me, Vermouth's pretty betraying her organization and Rei being a mole, well, they complement each other. Lol!
I was hooked with your analysis that I recalled rather late, that you had told me this was a Amuro/Asuza fic. I had read your author's note and believe me, I still enjoyed reading the narration of Rei's event. From dreaming, to waking up, to exercising, taking a bath, driving etc etc., I was giggling because oh em gee! He was so hot and those simple silly things that he did that played on my mind was enough to make me swoon! Gah!
Ehem...
So back to Amuro/Azusa. It was cute. Their little conversation was flirty but sweet. And Zero was definitely smitten with her. Probably he was drawn in her innocence, something that Rei wasn't. Zero was protective of her and it wasn't a surprise that he smashed that guy's face.
I want to know what will happen next. Azusa didn't mind if the calm Amuro she knew suddenly became violent, she didn't know that Zero was surfacing but she didn't care, all she acknowledged is Amuro being there to save her from that scumbag!
