I just want Voldemort to receive a public cease and desist and have a bunch of light and neutral purebloods start throwing shade at him for being an upstart faking his name and lordship and bringing his actual status into question.

Have people in the paper saying that they remembered a 'de mort' from school and assumed they were the same person, but now that they knew they weren't then who was this fake de mort guy?

It would be amazing if people start calling him fake de mort.

I can just imagine Skull publicly announcing that there isn't, nor has there ever been, a 'Vol' in his family. It would be especially awesome if he got him called out as impersonating the lord of a noble house.

Just wreck his credibility and have a public outcry of people wanting to know Voldemort's real name - only for it to come out (totally anonymously, couldn't have been Dumbledore, nope) that the last known Heir of Slytherin was a young muggle raised halfblood, Tom Riddle.

Also icing on the cake that this person is only the Heir Presumptive, as the Lordship was never officially accepted.

Can you imagine it rippling through magical Europe that 'Lord Vol de Mort' is actually 'Tom Riddle Heir Presumptive Slytherin'. What if instead of you-know-who everyone started referring to him as Heir Slytherin?

Sorry I just really like the idea of Voldemort's empire falling apart because he chose a name with political implications by accident.

also for the chapter length, id personally love longer chapters but that depends on the story too like, shorter chapters with substance are better than chapters that are long for no reason?

As a fan of super heroes movies I am offended that at this time you thought that spider man or fantastic four are marvel.
