This story is amazing! I love every bit of it. So why not write a sequel? There aren't many good Remus mentors Harry stories but this one is great!

Very nicely written, but I fail to see why McGonagall is deserving of Harry's respect, she ignored them in first year and punished the overly harshly, second year she did nothing to dissuade the Heir of Slytherin rumors about Harry, fourth year she didn't help Harry like Sprout did Cedric, she didn't try to stop the bullying. Fifth year she tells him to keep his head down and take the punishment/torture by Umbridge and even adds on to it.

SHE WAS A TERRIBLE HEAD OF HOUSE AND DEPUTY HEADMISTRESS

She failed Harry continuely, and barring Maggie Smith I fail to see anything redeeming about the actual character.
