My favorite part was the talk between Hiashi and Neji, it was very emotional with Neji remembering his father. Also I really liked how you described their first kiss.

Neji alive is good to see and the build up to the kiss is nicely done.

I see Neji and Tenten are not ones to waste time once their affections are known. I'm sure Hiashi is sort of glad he didn't have to 'advise' Neji during courting after their first rendezvous. More than a splash of tea would of occurred I'm sure.

I love the ending! It's soo right! and everything fits well perfectly! I noticed some mistakes tho (spelling and grammaring) but other than that. Really Good bruh! I hope you make a next chap about Neji telling Hiashi anout it and put a little Hanabi in it (I LOVE HER SO MUCH) and maybe throw a wedding and maybe a few Neji and Ten minions?
