I think Shisio was playing roughly. Burning down the city would cause so much damages, potentially destroy city's assets that he can use for his own good, and I couldnt see why he must do such things. I was just thinking instead of causing chaos, he might destroy the government from the inside using political dirts so that he can take over the power to rule the city without losing those assets. That makes me more curious about his true motive.

You did a very good work on Kenkao lovemaking scene on your other ficFinally'). Would you please to 'elaborate' more of their sexual encounters? Maybe in the next chapters. Thank you!
