| Midnightchemlst chapter 1 . 4/3/2016 A really good story. Short, but very sweet. I could see this as a follow up to Travel Companions, but it would kind of spoil the possible ending. The only thing I can see wrong with this is that it would be a lot harder for them to hide a relationship for too long (unlike Padme and Anakin). I have no doubt that not just Kanan and Hera know, but likely Zeb and Chopper, as well. However, the Rebellion, and at least the Phoenix Squadron, seem to be a fairly tight knit, and in close quarters. Hiding the fact that Ezra is spending the night on a regular basis in Sabine's cabin wouldn't go without notice. Padme and Anakin were able to keep things secret because he was assigned as her bodyguard, so it wouldn't be to odd that he was spending a lot of time in close and closed quarters with her. Everyone would know Sabine doesn't need protection, so what other logical conclusion could people come to if Ezra spent the night? Might be a funny follow up story in which Ezra and Sabine find out everyone knew they would married a while go, and didn't tell them to spare them the embarrassment. One question - was exactly is the stasis of Kanan's and Hera's relationship in this story? Are they married? Is it in the open, or are they hiding it? Or are they still playing at they are not sure what their relationship actually is? |
