Perfect tag to this awesome episode and totally as I could see it happening if they had extended the episode. Could so imagine Dean talking to Sam whilst he was totally out of it with exhaustion, and that Sammy caught words of it but just couldn't bring himself to total consciousness to hear it all. And, of course Sam would question Dean on the words he did hear but with everything still so raw to Dean it is too soon and too emotional for him to tell Sam right now. Loved the humour at the end of this tag, definitely a way to lighten things up as they do so well.

Yay! You wrote a tag for this glorious episode! Omg, I can't even tell you how much I loved this. When the episode was over I was so bummed because I didn't want it to end. So thank you for extending it. :) I think everybody who ever questioned whether Dean would make another deal to save Sam now have their answer. As for me, I never doubted it and I believe he'd do it over and over and over again. And I love how Billie called Dean out on his "Sam's the only one who can stop the darkness" excuse. The episode was intense and what Dean almost did to save Sammy, hope he does eventually tell Sam what he did with the pills and Billie. If not it's going to come and bit him in the ass.

Yeah, Dean will always see Sam as the little brother he has to take care of. I like how he tried to tell Sam while Sam was out of it (hopefully!) to not notice, but Sam heard something.

Laughed at that last line - yeah, when Sammy was a kid, Dean had to do that disgusting chore. But the teasing back and forth then was fun.
