It's tragic but I believe it to be true. Dean honestly would not know what to do if Sam died and he couldn't bring him back. When he thought Sam was dead, he was literally just willing to let the werewolves come in and kill him. "Let them come." He was just DONE. And he really doesn't see any problem with it, and nothing Sam can say would ever change his mind. I suspect it's the same with Sam, though he tries to pretend it isn't. It's deeply moving and deeply disturbing at the same time. Good story.

Oh God! You wrote brilliantly. This episode was epic and had me in tears and I wanted to see Sam's reaction if he knew what Dean did. And you, my friend, captured the sentiment perfectly. Absolutely awesome!

I love it! Really captured the characters in the dialogue and action descriptions; I could totally picture and hear every line. Great job, and I have to agree with your love of the episode, it was amazing, wasn't it?
