After Silver's arrest, did Ash managed to get Silver's Feraligatr. If he gets Silver's Feraligatr and placed it on Professor Oak's Lab, Silver's Feraligatr could become Ash's Totodile's mentor.

I love Serena's short hair so much more as well to be honest. It suits her so much more. And her dad? Was so obvious especially considering her hair color as well as Grace's and her father's hair color. Plus who else in Kalos is that important? No one. Though you mentioned in the beginning of the first movie arc that Grace had to get away from Serena's father. You never specifically said he was dead though I get the feeling he's alive and Grace knows it. Or maybe Lysandre faked his death and made it look real. Even so, why lose your family when wanting to make a new world?

At first, I thought Misty was going to stay completely but I am so glad she decided to go after the Johto journey was done. Finally, she's actually somewhat important and a bit awesome. I would say a lot awesome but Water Type Pokemon are one of my least favorite so yeah. Great chapter and that ending makes me wonder if Serena's ESP had to do with her first showcase. I remember Brock was concerned because everything was going too perfect but even if her ESP did affect it, the question is what did it do? I imagine psychic powers being very similar to aura in which you can communicate telepathically with your Pokémon and understand their feelings as well as view their memories but those have nothing to do with a showcase being 100% perfect.

Weird seeing Archie, Shelly, and Maxie show up though you do say it's important. I loved the feud between them in Hoenn despite it being one of my least favorite regions and this is going to be interesting to see how they lose their friendship.

The evolution felt super rushed. Togepi was just starting to battle about 5 or 6 chapters ago and Oak just told them to continue doing what they're doing. Now the Pokémon is evolved? I really didn't see it coming and I can't say that it was a good thing. Misty's Togepi evolving in the anime was special but here, it felt rushed. Congratulations on wanting to battle but you battled a Poliwag like one time and that's it.
