Pft... I'm sorry. I know that I promised not to laugh, but it's just... it's too hilarious!
Like, Corrin's mother literally wrote to a stranger that she had to train Corrin into becoming the savior of the world by becoming a sex god and turn every girl into his bitch.

Wow, Mikoto. Just wow.

Not only that but making the clumsy maid that was very shy as well end up training Corrin to turn her into his bitch so that he could do the same to others. That's quite the mission you gave her.

However, given the dumpster fire of a story that we got instead, this is infinitely better regardless.

One thing I personally disagree with is Mikoto using Daikon Stew as a way of proof, but I guess since it's a dish no one heard of in Nohr, Corrin feeling a familiarity would make it all the more surprising, so the letter had to be true. Though if you were going to have her destroy it, I feel you oughta have made her use her ice powers by mistake that froze the letter and shattered it from her strong grip.

Though... if we have to get everyone, the only ones I'm iffy on are Peri and Selena. For Peri... well, cause she's Peri. If she's in here, and she no doubt is, go full blown lust mindbreak on her. She's so bad that it might actually improve her. And Selena is a tough case, since... wouldn't it be some weird thing where this Selena is one from A Change of Tactics? She's already been turned into Robin's bitch, so now she's gonna be Corrin's? XD

Of course, this brings up something. Corrin is the son of an actual dragon god, whereas Robin is a human that was bred to contain the power of a dragon. It seems more or less that Corrin might be equal to, if not superior to Robin. Unless you'll focus on just making Corrin be equal to Robin.

Although, I like that you have Felicia as Corrin's first love. I actually paired them together in my very first playthrough... only to realize that M!Corrin marrying anyone that isn't 2nd Gen or Corrinsexual means I lock one of the child units.

The sex scene was very nice, and definitely the most awkward love confession, but it's to be expected.

But that ending was just... Mikoto, what is wrong with you? XD
You're calling Sakura and Hinoka Corrin's sisters, but the vision showed them becoming Corrin's sluts. That ain't really a family there. Let's really try not to make that feel too incestuous, please.

Anyways, I do hope you update this fic. It's really interesting and will definitely get hot, since quite a few girls in Fates are downright sexy. So definitely go for it.
