I don't know if you're being too hard on yourselves or if my standards are just too low from all of the other fanfic I read but I think the ending was excellent. Sure, I wanted to see Wonder Woman come back but I know a trainwreck when I see one and this isn't it. Lots of people start stories without a clear plan and most of them utterly fail to tie up their lose ends into a final conclusion. Many authors don't even try. It was a fun ride.

this was the ch where you introduced cosmology and apologized for not being DC compliant. Don't worry about it. Generally speaking DC is not internally consistent. Raven, Blue Devil, and Deadmsn all interact with different spiritual planes. Vertigo introduced overarching communal unconsciousness in Sandman and Constantine but it was vague and intended to be applied to every possible belief system. You made rules for this story and you are sticking with them until another writer comes along. This is exactly how DC works. Good job.

Am slightly salty that the JL didn't apologise, bc you know, they're heros and they should be better than that, but a great story nonetheless!

Don’t be disappointed! This fic was great, and while, yeah, things did end quickly (ish, due to time skippping) that kinda reflects life. Sometimes not everything gets explored, things don’t get wrapped up neatly, things are messy and convoluted, and your writing reflects not only that but the real-life consequences of serious trauma, which is something I really enjoyed about this work. It made me FEEL as the characters felt, and that is honestly kinda rare for me. So seriously, good job you guys.

Even if you were not happy with the ending, it does not change the fact that this is probably one of the most thought out and creative fics in the category. You actually took the time to realistically DEVELOP the characters. Shouldn't need to tell you how rare that is in a crossover fic.
