I don't understand. Is the Doctor leaving her for good? is he doing one of his "I got a duty of care" by leaving her forever, safe on earth? How would he feel if he came back to find Clara dead from a mugging that happened on a Wednesday he was supposed to pick her up? No one is safe wherever they live. Everyday there is something that could harm or even kill us in some way, the Tardis is safer!

I loved this latest story! You have a great talent for writing and it's very easy to follow and keeps me engaged. Besides, I'm a sucker for a hurt and vulnerable Doctor. Looking forward to reading more from you!

I enjoyed this story and thought it was a nice sequel to My Kingdom Come. There was one thing that disappointed me a little and that was the Programmer. After reading your Kingdom Come story, I very much liked Sister Xeka as an antagonist. She was a very strong villain throughout the story, even until the end. I did not get the same "feeling" for The Programmer, his ending felt rushed for me. The story built up his character nicely and every chapter felt more suspenseful. I kept asking questions about the Programmer, like 'who is he?' 'why is he doing this?' 'Why does he need the TARDIS?'. When we finally get those answers, the moment kind of just came and went. One moment we find out he wants to save his wife, the next Clara and the Doctor are back at her apartment. Maybe it was just me, but I did feel like the Programmer's ending was a little rushed. However, it didn't stop me from loving your story, and I can't wait to see with what you come up with next. Until next time :)

That was a cute bit with Clara having the Doctor carry her - again. However, I was a bit confused; I thought the Doctor was severely injured through most of this story but at the end with the help of a couple of 'healing packs', he is just fine? This did not overly mar my enjoyment of the story; just a quibble. Maybe a bit more follow through next time?
Overall, though, an excellent, imaginative story. Also appreciate that you finish your stories. So many do not.

Well, I'm glad I went browsing as I never received a notice a new chapter had posted. ( mistake!)

I am really enjoying this story. The effort you've invested in writing a proper story shines through. It is a welcome relief from the drabbles, fluff, smut, improbable a/u, etc. This story also deserves a lot more reviews.

The plot is very strong. Love the Doctor and Clara of course and there is this little hint of Doctor whump that gives even more tension to the story. Looking forward to more.
