I have to agree with the other reviewers - this was a super fun read!

Poor Norman. Not only does he have to keep the motel run but he also has Mother screaming at him in his head every minute of the day too.

I think this is totally something that could happen in the Psycho world! I loved it! Very good job! :)

It's been ages since I've seen the original Psycho, but I did see some of the series, 'Bates Motel' recently. All I can say is WOW! You really captured Norman Bates in his world of madness. You even got his mum's voice down pat - awesome! Totally creeped me out!

His running comments on the various clientele were spot-on. From the girl with the 'cheap perfume' to the two guys wanting a room, it was totally Norman. I like the way the guys described him: 'Like a baby bird that just got hatched'. That's very good - he does look a bit like that I think. Also like the way his 'head pecked the air'. Nice, imaginative description.

I did lol when the guys asked, 'Where are we, Echo Canyon?' Haha!

Interesting look into the mind of one super-scary person. Well done, you!
