I really like this story! I couldn't figure out why they were separated though. It sounded like a military type thing, but I wasn't sure.

I can't believe this has no reviews over here! I've been trying to figure out the dynamics of the readership between here and Ao3. Some stories do better in one forum than the other! I also wonder if the day you post affects the story?

I can further add to my review at Ao3 and also point out that 'he' said he knew what it was like to raise a child 'he' has experience with this.
