I am struck speechless by this chapter. The emotions were just so powerful!

The continuation to the episode ‘The King’s Complex’ was amazing and deserves to be a story in its own right! But the conclusion of this chapter...it really shows how truly broken Albert has become after everything.

Yet another amazing chapter, my dear friend! Albert’s nightmare was so very graphic, I have to admit I’m glad I wasn’t eating when reading it, but that’s just more proof of how powerful the imagery was. (So, please don’t apologise for that.)

The funeral march and what followed was just amazing, and I am so deeply honoured you borrowed from some of my fics for yours.

Oh my goodness poor Albert getting a treatment that's harsher as time goes by I do hope that everything goes well in the end and Albert getting his wish.

I do not think there are any words to convey the emotions I felt reading this. I’m very close to crying right now because this was so powerful.

Every single scenario painted such a vivid picture by words alone. It was not hard to imagine the suppressed smugness from Richelieu and Milady while they try to convince the King of Albert’s guilt, the Captain’s horror and disbelief, His Majesty’s outrage, and of course, the utter turmoil Albert is going through.

Don't worry hun I don't hate you for this if you didn't write this fic involves death someone else would have done it but with someone else if not D'Artagnan you really did a wonderful job with this story.

I am shaking. I am crying. Good Lord, this was such an angsty chapter you concocted. I noticed you borrowed from Mufasa’s death scene with Albert crying out for help, giving in to tears and curling up against him.

Ohh, Milady’s cruelty knows no bounds!

Yikes! poor D'Artagnan having to go through such pain and poor Albert going to take the blame for this damn the Cardinal!

This chapter was certainlya rollercoaster of emotions! Fun and light-hearted teasing and mucking about between Albert and D’Artagnan, as well as the battle of wits between the Musketeers and Guards really had me laughing. It is just such a terrible shame that a moment like that will be much more rare now that everything is picking up.

It is not hard to imagine each scene, your descriptions are so vivid I can picture every moment. It makes the fun scenes all the more amusing and the devastating scenes all the more crushing. Kudos, my friend!

Awwww poor Albert I would done the same thing as D'Artagnan would do if I were to find out what Albert is going through.

I pretty much read the whole chapter with the voices in my head and almost cried like btamamura did you did a wonderful job with the fic so far and I look forward to see more of it in fact I enjoyed this so much that I decide to post a submit to "imagine-your-fav-character" on tumblr based off this chapter if the blog user accepts it of course if not I'll show you via PM which ever site you prefer to see it.
