Well ya done goofed.
Kinda seems like you made Naruto an expert bird watcher of zombies and most of the story will be "man that zombie got me too I can't use (insert handicap here)" and " that sounds like the mating call of a ( insert boss level zombie here) we better skedaddle because that one is overkill for regular humans".
You have honestly boxed yourself in on this one since besides the regular zombies, which even then in canon they had problems with, the canon characters have no chance in beating. That one zombie could dodge bullets and it was only thanks to Naruto being faster that he was able to beat it...canon group is screwed.
Also I dont get the purpose of the oc character, is he a self insert or was ne supposed to be comedic release because if he was I'm sad to say he ended up coming off as annoying imo.

In addition, does Naruto not being around mean no non canon zombies will be around? Will Naruto keep getting sidelined at random parts to make it seem like he isn't all powerful? He got blinded in this chapter hooe not to see him get a broken limb or get bitten then cuts off the appendage essentially needed while he waits for it to grow back. Why would he use the serum in front of a random person who could turn against him or steal the serum and try to use it himself? Seems like one hell of an amateur move since he doesn't know the mids motives yet. will Rei Saeko and takashi still be having this solo moments on the motorcycle and the shrine since Naruto has easy a seeds to most likely any scenario that might lead to the group splitting up.

Great Chapter! Really looking forward to the next chapters. Seeing how Naruto will interact with the characters and how they will mature as the survive during the story. Resident Evil Games are really nice even though I have really only seen 4, 5, and 6.

Wow, lots of other reviewers complaining about chakra vs RE zombies, focus on fighting over character development, and OCs. I just wanna know if minor and/or underdeveloped characters like Kyoko, Toshimi, Misuzu (perhaps learning the error of her way?), Takuzo, Naomi, Asami, etc. will be saved or not, even if they still remain in the background compared to the main characters and OCs... 8P
