What an engaging adventure tale. At first I was hesistant to embark given the scope you were playing, however I found myself pleasantly surprised for the majority of this piece.

Often times when TV / Movies / Comics go into "Alternate Universes" things come out being a convenient way for having characters interact in out of character ways simply to make it ok.

You went deeper than that and made some interesting philosophical and - at times - challenging statemtns.

While there were areas that seems a bit hazy and "falling apart" to me, your themes and ideas remained fair and strong.

I applaud you. And I hope you take these skills and embark on stories of your own one day.

This was an awesome story, full of all sorts of intrigue, action, emotion, and a whole slew of other things that I could spend all day listing off. You should be very proud of what you have here. I would say the people who make Smallville could use this to make an episode, it was that good. Again, fantastic job and good luck with whatever you're trying.

Wow!, i got to say that this is probibly the best written fan fic that i've read, you are such a fantastic writer. I loved how you ended it with lana it was perfect really. Cant wait to read more of your stories.

this is one of smallville AU I have read in a very long time I hope that there is a sequel

I began reading this story a while ago but I never got past chapter 10 for some reason. I started reading it again yesterday and was much more interested in it this time, though the only things I can say about it is that it left me feeling satisfied and yet at the same time, unfulfilled. I'm not even sure what it is that makes me feel this way, but regardless of that, I still give this story a 9.3 :)

This story is defiantly in my top five all-time favorites for fanfiction.

The plot was carefully constructed and well thought out. I was very impressed.

Your characterization was so well done that I actually liked some characters that I normally never thought much about. (Whitney, Tina)

I loved your alternate version of Chloe. She was different, yet still had some of the original Chloe traits in her.

Clark's Lana obsession annoys me, so I loved your version of Lana where she and Clark are enemies through most of the story. Very good idea that Lionel poisoned her mind at a very young age. Thanks to your skillful writing, we (the readers) are able to feel sorry for Lana for having her mind messed with, and yet be appalled at her behavior at the same time.

I absolutely loved Joseph as a character. The alternate of Clark if things had gone wrong. It was an amazing and frightening idea that Clark could have turned out that way.

I noticed that you haven't written anything in a few years, but I will still hope that you may decide to write a sequel. Maybe you could show how Joseph eventually becomes more Clark-like, or how he becomes a conqueror instead. Just an idea..

Oh. My. God. That is the most amazing story I have ever read! It was incredible! The characters were amazing! I was so enthralled I actually sat and read the whole thing in one sitting. I never do that with fics! You are an amazing author and I look forward to reading more of your stuff. Awesome!
