That was quite the shock. Nick has a shit ton of explaining to do.

Judy and her sisters are safe. That’s good. Colonel Smith is a cool guy, believed Nick’s entire story and is on his side. And yeah, grab a gun and run is a good plan. But sidenote, magazine and clip are two different things. Clips simply hold ammo, magazines are what loads it into the gun with a spring. For some reason, it’s become common for people to think clip and mag are the same. Idk how that happened. Movies maybe? Or maybe clip is just easier for people to say then magazine or mag. Whatever, good chapter again. All the chapters have been good, if gruesome at times. I don’t really need or want to comment on Reese or Bonnie’s deaths.

Damn, these past few chapter escalated quickly. Been so eager to read I forgot to review. 35 siblings and Stu is dead?! That’s horrible, and that creepy dude has a lab full of monsters, and they have no weapons.

Fuck man, how the hell did she jump down there without breaking her legs, her back, her neck, everything else?! And Judy is savage now. God damnit, how did Inga know they were comimg anyway? Someone tipped her off? But who knew, besides Finnick and Bogo? Someone must have seen them coming. This is not going to go well.

Nice to see a polite military officer for them to work with. Also, Nick becoming mayor was funny. Bunny ears on all the officers. But what really made me laugh was Judy saying “I put too much effort into making your moral and decent, I am not going to waste that effort by letting you become a politician.” It’s funny because it’s true. Very few politicians are decent people lol. And they have a lead, wonder who Nick’s contacts are? Hopefully nothing too illegal.

And and I was mostly right, except the Weasel still shot Nick, just not fatally. Glad to know Otterton and his kids are alright. Captain Vivera is a bitch. But she has now assaulted an officer, so she has to help them, or get into serious trouble if they report her. Nick certainly did think that through.
