That was really nice. It would be nice if it was longer but I think it is great anyway. Stories like this make me really hope Neo becomes a good guy in the future.

It's not often you find a well-written bit of fluff that adequately captures a true poly relationship. I've never actually experienced one myself, but I've written enough in several fandoms. What we have here, though, is the perfect blend of love, care, respect, and absolute belonging in these three chapters. Really, really nicely done. I liked each character's portrayal, and the group dynamic as well. Thanks for the enjoyable read!

That feeling of taking a life. What a disgusting and horrible feeling.

She's right to have nightmares. No sane person can take a life without them later.

The human mind just isn't built to watch the life leave another person's eyes, knowing that this was another human being with hopes, dreams, loves, losses, joys, and sorrows, and knowing that you took all of that from them as you took their life. There's a reason modern militaries spend so much time training soldiers to dehumanize enemies in the moment of combat.
